1. Explore
Listen. Learn. Build relationships.
American churches explore partnership by learning the story, culture, and vision of a local ethnic church. This includes guided introductions, shared meals, worship experiences, and learning how God is at work among the nations locally.
Kaleidoscopic Call Ministries helps facilitate connections and provide cultural insight during this stage.
2. Equip
Strengthen one another for ministry.
Both churches are equipped through training, coaching, and shared learning. This may include cross-cultural discipleship, leadership development, second-generation ministry training, and practical tools for effective partnership.
Kaleidoscopic Call Ministries provides resources, coaching, and ongoing guidance.
3. Engage
Walk together in mission.
Churches engage in active partnership through prayer, shared ministry, community outreach, leadership support, and local or international mission opportunities. Partnership becomes relational, intentional, and mission-focused.
Kaleidoscopic Call Ministries continues to support and steward the partnership for long-term impact.
